E-ROTA Privacy Policy
This policy explains the types of data that E-ROTA SOCIAL is designed to process, the intended purposes, and how to contact us. The publishing software is under development; the public website does not currently provide account registration or social login.
1. Data categories
Depending on the functions used, the local application may process authorized social account identifiers, permission scopes, OAuth access/refresh tokens, selected video files, captions, publishing schedules, status logs and API error messages. This public site has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, account sign-in or contact form.
2. Processing purposes
Information is intended to be used only to authenticate authorized accounts, prepare editable content, submit approved posts, track publishing outcomes, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support or privacy requests.
3. Local processing and third parties
The planned application stores media and configuration locally by default. To publish content, the relevant data must be transmitted to the chosen social platform. Optional AI-assisted text generation, if enabled, may send selected prompts or extracted media information to a model provider; this must be disclosed in the working application before use.
4. Credentials and security
Tokens must be stored securely and must not be published in the website, source repository or shared screenshots. Users should authorize through official OAuth flows where available. Security measures will be defined and validated before launch.
5. Retention and deletion
In the planned local-first design, files and logs remain on the user’s device until the user deletes them or changes retention settings. Third-party platforms apply their own retention rules. Requests for access, correction or deletion of any data held by the operator can be sent to info@e-rotaakademi.com.
6. International transfers and legal rights
Connected platforms and optional AI services may process data outside Türkiye. Applicable privacy rights, including relevant rights under KVKK where applicable, may be exercised by contacting the operator. The final production notice will identify the legal data controller and specific transfer and retention details.
